Many
companies, small businesses and entrepreneurs are so busy working IN their business
that they rarely spend time working ON their business.
In today’s market we all want to be
strategic with our planning and execute flawlessly to remain competitive. A well-defined
plan demonstrates you are serious about your business and want to continue growing.
Planning is more than simple goal setting or even obtaining financing. Most importantly,
having a plan for your business allows you to clarify the thinking and remain focused on
what you are growing and how you will get there.
Ask yourself:
• How effective am I with planning?
• How do I regularly measure my performance?
• Am I changing my plan with every new idea?
• Am I achieving the results I want?
• Do I
have loyal customers that are referring business to you?
If you
have a business or are a corporate leader, you won’t want to miss this
interactive session.
You will learn some critical aspects of planning and “working’” your plan to
create lasting
business success.
